Spiritual Teachings
Sayings I
To the seeker I will reveal myself, to the self seekers I will remain
hidden.  No one can find me who does not hold the key.  No one can
know who I am if he does not renounce himself.
To the one who is curious, it is not enough to know my secret.  To the
one who intellectualizes, he falls short.  For the one who believes in me
it is only the start.  To the procurer I have walked in through the door
which he has left opened.  He who meets me, gains his life, and he who
pushes me aside has doomed himself.  Hold company with me, for in
utter humility I hold company with Him and I have become the path.
Anyone who is looking, look no more because I now surround you.   To
the one who seeks do not pass me by, for if you do, you will not hold
love.
I am the produce of the Shearer, the wool of God.  He who does not
obtain this wool to make his clothes, is not fit for wearing clothes.
Rather that person is fit to be naked and ashamed because he did not
give to the Shearer his proper due.  That person's lot is to be naked and
in company with the dogs, because it is from the dog that they have
gained their nakedness and inheritance.  All who obtain their wool
from the shearer, glorify the shearer and his clothes will ennoble and
exalt him.
It is impossible that the essential man is not ostracized by others.  Is the
light in the one or in the many?  The many enjoy the fruits of the apex
while the one has become the king of kings.
To experience Truth, you must be born of spirit.  If you do not glorify
God in spirit, you have never known him.  If you never knew God then
you can not know the difference between his laws and your own.  How
can you say, "I know what God expects of me as well as others?"   If
Him.  To seek God one must cease to exist.  If you do not then it is not
possible to find God, you will only find your desires and advocate these,
and what is uncommon about that?  All the world does that.  One who
claims wisdom and reports that you can know him without ceasing to
exist is in the dark and pretends wisdom. They then stumble in the
darkness aimlessly.  The spirit vindicates all her children however,
giving them light by which to see, and those children obtain bliss by
which they do not mistake who God is.
I sat quietly.  They did not believe.  I opened my mouth and they
became amazed but still would not believe and remained
discontented.  I got up and came down the mountain to their village.
Once I was there they asked, "what is there to believe about you, a
common villager?" They will not believe you when you are on the
mountain.  They will not believe you when you are in the village.
Neither will they believe you when outside their homes or ask you into
their home.  This is the time when you will cry tears of joy.  They love
the priest.  They love the minister.  They love the elders, but they will
not love you.  Know that the essential man will see these things.  The
essential man will dance the dance of life, without selfish purpose
constantly rejoicing on God, tirelessly and without end or beginning.

The seeker who comes to the wise man of God will ask, " O wise one
saying, "Do not lie," then the seeker will ask, "what else?" and the
sage will reply, "be one".  Then again the seeker will ask, "what else?"
and the sage will answer, "do not lie."
The ignorant person will say, "God suffers sinners who have faith,
confess your sins and ask forgiveness while striving for perfection."
The man who has found the source of life says,"the one who knows
God does not know sin, for God is perfect, and if you know him you are
one with both him and his perfection."
No one can act ignorant or petty and at the same time have
understanding.  The one with understanding never loses his patience
for he is ready to reveal himself.  The one who argues and is snide or
loses his temper is off balance, and tries to conceal the truth through
confusion of words and emotions to hide his own shortcomings.
Otherwise if he had faith in his words, he would have the patience to
reveal words of truth.  One who's words are edgy shows his lack of
confidence.  A son of God never relies on edgy words or angry breath
for he has faith in the source of his words, he is one who knows.
You can lose your keys, you can lose your car, you  can lose your
house, you can lose your legs, you can even lose your mind, but listen
O' men, you can not lose your bliss!  For if you do that then you will
be lost.
