| In the moving clouds of the sky, in the faded running roar of the waters below, I begin to lift. The tiny dots of dark birds wind and whirl, and the shadowy trees of the forest that surrounds me bend and sway. The grey grass of the earth too is whispering in the winds as they shimmer and dance in their moving currents. I am ascending. Now behold! From the dense fog and mists, the darkness of the Great Mountain, vast and looming rises high in the sky! Now I am aloft, drifting aimlessly in existence! I don't know anything anymore, I am lost. What Beauty, what Truth! To breathe the breath of the sky, to transcend even the thin air! What peace exists, what oneness. -Tod |

| To Meditate successfully, one must merge with all her surroundings. She must go deep into herself and discover the great treasure! She must become a living prayer, having no beginning, and no end. Such a one must become endless. The divine must unfold in all her surroundings! Inwardly, she has become what she beholds, she has found the source of the heavens and earth. |
